| 1 tsp | cinnamon |
| 1 tsp | sage |
| 3 drops | rose oil |
| 1 | crushed/powdered red ant |
| 1 pinch | thyme |
| 3 tsp | water |
Mix. Add 1 pinch rosemary on top. Hold above a candle and say
"Seven is. Seven isn't." 3 times.
Curse with: Bring a hex upon you.
Bless with: Bring a light upon you.
Leave to dry. Crush into a fine powder.
May not be used for Good nor Evil, except simultaneously.
Sprinkle generously on target and crush him/her into a fine powder.
